Gus Tate
Originally from Lexington, KY, Gus Tate started performing stand-up in China, slinging jokes to international crowds of expats and locals in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong before settling in the world comedy capital of New York. As a father to an ungovernable 2-year-old girl, Gus’s comedy appeals to tired men and insane women of all ages. Gus has performed at the Boston Comedy Festival, Gilda's LaughFest, Hoboken Comedy Festival, DC Comedy Festival, Rogue Island Comedy Festival, and most recently the Big Sky Comedy Festival in Billings, MT. His debut stand-up album, “Nose Whistles”, is 12 tracks-worth of time-tested jokes about love, life, fear, death, and comedy itself.
